-- POLICIES --

• No smoking or vaping inside

• No events, parties, or large gatherings

• Additional fees and taxes may apply

• Responsible dog owners welcomed with pet deposit and approval – we do not have a fully fenced yard and dogs must be leashed in the Rye Beach Park.

• NOTE: Given the home's proximity to Lake Erie, there are certain times of the year when you may encounter insects like midges, mayflies, and spiders. We take proactive measures to manage their presence, but it's an inherent part of lakeside living. Additionally, with a large 3.5 acre park, wildlife such as bald eagles, owls, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, and stray cats are not uncommon.

This property does require stairs to access. This may be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
