All linens, towels and kitchen accessories are provided. Beach chairs, a propane grill with tank, beach towels and starter paper products are all available during your stay.

Other things to note
Absolutely no hosting of parties or pets are allowed. There is a city noise ordinance in effect at 10 pm. Our home provides a 65 ft paved driveway, that has a 3 car maximum parking with street parking available on a first come, first serve basis.

Given the home's proximity to Lake Erie, there are certain times of the year when you may encounter insects like midges, mayflies, and spiders. We take proactive measures to manage their presence, but it's an inherent part of lakeside living. Additionally, with a large 3.5 acre park, wildlife such as bald eagles, owls, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, and stray cats are not uncommon.
